An organic, micro-batch chocolate company located in Beaver, Pennsylvania - just outside of Pittsburgh.

I understood at an early age that food and love are intertwined. When the women in my family tied an apron on, you knew something wonderful was about to happen. To this day, working in a kitchen fills me with joy, and tying my apron keeps me tethered to a long line of strong and beautiful women who instilled this sentiment in me.

Two ingredients go into Dulcinea chocolate - direct trade cacao beans and non GMO, vegan sugar.  They are organically, sustainably, and ethically farmed. Sourcing ingredients such as these benefits our farmers, customers, and basically every living thing on this beautiful planet of ours.

Our wrappers are made using soy ink on paper that is 30% post-consumer and chlorine free. They are printed by a company powered by the wind.  Don Quixote would approve.
